Real treats of a Retreat day
in my home and lovely lil’ local village hall just 30 seconds walk down t’ut road.
10 – 12 REST, restore and revitalise! Mobilise the body, releasing stress and relax into asanas supported by props to fully let go. Enjoy yoga nidra to relax the bodymind deeply. I have a full range of props to help support your the physical being relax fully. Being held, the body just melts, superficial and deep tensions are released and the mind lets go. Weaker muscles can wake up and inner brightness fully activated. In alignment – gut, heart and brain – mind, body and spirit – so we can enjoy being truly ourselves, healthy and whole.
12 – 1 yummmm homemade lunch starring fruit n veg from my allotment
1 – 3.30 After lunch siesta and more Restorative yoga to diving deeper into healing. Invite transformational/trance-formational shifts into our being with sankalpa, intention. Years of working as a hypnotherapist means I have these skills to share too. When the mind is truly relaxed, our inner landscape is fertile and rich, so we can sow seeds to plant, take root, grow and blossom.
3.30 Good ol’ down to earth cuppa n cake simply to celebrate and enjoy the all important nourishing spirit of friendship. Yoga community – sangha – is priceless. Masks are off and hearts are open. We can simply be ourselves, perfectly imperfect. This experience of authenticity, being genuine, is the treasure we can grow from our yoga together. :)X
