Each one of us has very different needs and histories. Its good to understand what helps you thrive. Every body type and mind suits different kinds of practice.
I have over three decades of professional experience working as a Holistic therapist and over ten years of also offering Experiential Yoga Therapy. With this experience I can develop a variety of practices for you to support your own health. Recordings, photos and practice sheets are given to support this intent.
It is wonderful how yoga can help us be self-empowered. We can help ourselves heal without drugs or needing others, we can take real responsibility for our well-being.
Being fairly well booked up do contact me sooner rather than later to enquire/organise sessions. Priority is given to those in need if appropriate.
Sessions for individuals cost from £12 up to £60 an hour. Reduced rates from £12 for lower income/concessions (eg people who are on benefits). Please ask about payment options/plans/reduced rates if you need to. Yoga is available to all.
Sessions can take place in a private studio/clinic or in your own home.
